Registration information for companies & groups
The Vienna City Marathon is a sporting event full of team spirit and positive emotions. Every year, numerous companies use this unique opportunity to motivate their employees and strengthen the sense of community.
For groups of 20 or more individual runners or 10 relay teams, we offer the option of group registration.
Procedure:
We create a group in which you, as the group leader, manage the registrations of the participants. You will receive an exclusive registration link that you send to your employees. Participants register free of charge via this link. As the group leader, you authorise these runners to join the group. You can also exclude runners. All approved registrations in your group will then be paid by you in a total invoice.
- As the group leader, you have an overview of the participating employees.
- Payment is made in one total amount.
- You let us know how many runners are taking part in each event. Then you buy the starting places in advance and secure the entries for your employees.
Payment for starting places:
Payment for starting places is made online via your group by credit card. You will always be charged the price of the current contingent at the time of registration.
Why can't I register everyone directly?
In order to communicate important information about the event and to create the results lists, it is necessary for participants to register themselves. This is the only way to ensure that all data is entered correctly.

The registration deadline for companies & groups is February 28th, 2026.
