We celebrate the fourth anniversary of Eliud Kipchoge's fantastic sub-two hour marathon.
VCM Tribute to Eliud – 4th edition
Come to our Community Run on Thursday, 12 October, 6 pm in the Prater Hauptallee. Exactly at the place where Eliud completed his fantastic race.
Meet friends, warm up together in guided groups, sprint 352.6 metres & have fun!
The VCM team will join the run.
We will run the INEOS 1:59 Pace Challenge there: 352.6 metres in one minute - who can approach this pace? Who can even beat it?
Eliud covered exactly that distance in every minute of his sub-two hour marathon.
You can get your result from the Strava segment of the INEOS 1:59 Pace Challenge or from your own watch.
Look forward to a fun meeting in the running community - simple, uncomplicated, without timing and entry fee!
There will be a lottery with great prizes: Eliud give-aways, starting places for VCM runs and more.
The inaugural INEOS 1:59 Pace Challenge took place on 27 September - with Eliud Kipchoge!
