A 5K circle around Vienna's centre

The Vienna 5K attracts many beginners as well as fast runners. This competition on the ring road around the city centre will be significantly larger than last year. A donation of 5 euros per adult participant will go to the VCM initiative "Run for a Tree".

Bonus: Members of the Advantage Club of the City of Vienna receive a 20 per cent discount on starting places for adults when registering for the first time.

The Daily Mile 800 & 1600

The successful formula continues: the start and finish for the VCM children's races are in the same place - on the Ringstraße in front of the Burgtheater. This is a great setting for the atmosphere and for cheering on the runners.

Right next to it on Rathausplatz, there will be a programme on the Medal Plaza stage in the afternoon.

Everyone aged 3-10 can take part in the 800 metre run, and everyone aged 6-18 in the longer 1.6 km race. All participants will be supporting the SOS Children's Villages "Every metre counts" campaign.

As with the Vienna 5K, participation is possible with or without timekeeping

Coca-Cola Inclusion Run

On Saturday, 20 April at 15:00, the starting signal will be given for the Coca-Cola Inclusion Run, the first official competition of the 41st Vienna City Marathon weekend, between City Hall and the Burgtheater. The aim of the 7th edition of the running festival is to send out a strong signal in favour of open, inclusive and peaceful coexistence.

As every year, a portion of the entry fees and donations will be used to support Special Olympics Austria.

Without timekeeping, without ranking, with full enjoyment of movement and togetherness!
