Advice

Get acquainted with Kilometer timing and not mile splits.  This is difficult for many peope coming from the states & UK.  For me it works well to break it into 5K splits.   The Vienna Woods Track club can help you with your goals if you are in Vienna.  Look up the group on Yahoo.  English-based group.
